Updates, New Cards and Products, Business Convention, & Contest; Oh My!

Happy Belated International Women's Day to all our customers and partners!

To those who have ordered custom cards upon return from March Break: we apologize for the overly long waiting time, but as our Manufacturing system is not at 100% yet, production of custom cards has taken longer than expected. This is inexcusable, so we will naturally be giving you a discount and an addition entry into our contest. Details below.

Well, it's been a while since our last post, and a lot has happened. We have been having difficulties with our Manufacturing system, Mainframe, and our Production Department took a hit. We apologize for our inability to produce any International Women's Day cards in time.

The BDSM Group will take part in a Business Convention on Thursday, March 16th and therefore will not be selling to Chambly Academy on that day. Regular business hours will continue until Thursday and resume on Friday the 17th.

And speaking of Friday the 17th, we now have Saint Patrick's Day products available for friends, family, and foes alike! When you purchase a You Found Me... leprechaun card, you will receive a golden prize of two chocolate coins at no extra cost. Upon purchase of an Irish Gold or Kiss Me, I'm Irish! card, receive a free St.-Patrick's Day Mini-Mug. Cards are $1 [Canadian] each, Mini-Mugs can be purchased individually for only 50 cents.

Democracy and Capitalism collide in our new Character Cagematch Contest! Every week, a new poll will be opened to you. A poll which asks the question: "Who would win if these two fought to the death?"
This week's poll is: Samus Aran [Metroid] VS. Master Chief [Halo]
To vote, simply visit our booth at the front hall at lunch and decide who you think would win the fictitious fight. Place some coins into the slot of the character of your choice's box and enter your name in the draw. The character with the most points will win the contest and the names of those who voted for that character will be put into a draw. If your name is drawn, you will win half of the pot. Winners will be announced on Mondays, so be sure to visit our booth and to collect your prize. If the prize is not claimed by closing time on Tuesday (1:05 PM), sorry, but you will not be able to collect it. Upon purchase of a Mini-Mug, your name will be entered into the draw. Purchase of a card your name will be entered into the draw twice. Ordering a custom card will enable you to have your name entered 3 times. You can enter as many times as you want, but you may only vote on one character per visit to the BDSM Group's booth. Good luck to all!

Censorship Prevails

Our in-school ad campaign was the victim of censorship and our controversial posters have been taken down, to much protest from our supporters. But not to worry: the new posters will be up shortly and will feature pull-off tabs with the URL, perfect for reminding yourself and others about your favorite greeting card company's website. New products from the controversial BDSM Group will be available as of Monday, February 13, 2006. These products include the I'm Sorry, Sir Teachers card (includes excuses checklist and 'attach money here' area) as well as the new Black History Month section, featuring the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X cards. (Pictures of cards have been modified to prevent piracy.) These cards will be available for only one Canadian dollar each.
